Definitions

• Platform: The digital infrastructure, APIs, and tools operated by SWW TECHNOLOGIES for providing payment gateway and related services.
• User: Any individual or entity using the SWW TECHNOLOGIES platform, including merchants and customers.
• Merchant: A registered business or individual using our platform and APIs to process transactions.
• Customer: An end user interacting with a merchant whose transactions are processed through SWW TECHNOLOGIES.
• Services: All offerings provided by SWW TECHNOLOGIES, including API access, payment processing, and merchant dashboard services.

User Responsibilities

Users and merchants agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and while using our services
• Refrain from using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and payment processing requirements

Platform Responsibilities

SWW TECHNOLOGIES will make reasonable efforts to:

• Maintain platform availability, performance, and security
• Facilitate transaction routing, status updates, and refund handling in accordance with our policies

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SWW TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for:

• Merchant service or delivery failures
• Failures caused by third-party providers, including banks or digital wallet services
• Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform

In all cases, our total liability shall be limited to the lesser of the disputed transaction amount or PKR 10,000.

Termination of Access

SWW TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including violations of these Terms or suspected misuse of the platform.

Force Majeure

SWW TECHNOLOGIES shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
