If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Platform: The digital infrastructure, APIs, and tools operated by SWW TECHNOLOGIES for providing payment gateway and related services.
User: Any individual or entity using the SWW TECHNOLOGIES platform, including both customers and merchants.
Merchant: A registered business or individual using our platform and APIs to process transactions.
Customer: An end user who interacts with a merchant and whose transactions are processed via SWW TECHNOLOGIES.
Services: All offerings provided by SWW TECHNOLOGIES, including API access, payment processing, and merchant dashboards.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout use of our services.
Do not use our platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and payment processing guidelines.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime, performance, and security.
We will facilitate transaction routing, status updates, and refund processes in accordance with our policies.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SWW TECHNOLOGIES shall not be held responsible for:
Merchant service or delivery failures;
Failures by third-party providers (e.g., banks, digital wallets);
Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the lesser of the transaction amount in dispute or PKR 10,000.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
We are not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
